Job Details
This full service law practice have their roots firmly in Somerset. They have been operating in this region for many many years and have a loyal client base of private individuals.
They are finding their residential property work steadily increasing, mainly due to referrals and recommendations.
They are now keen to add an experienced solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive to the team.
You will work in their established Chard office, and ideally have at least 2 years experience as a qualified property fee earner.
This is a friendly firm, and you will be encouraged to handle your own caseload of sales, purchases, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgage matters with minimal supervision.
Relocators to Somerset are encouraged to apply, as are local residential conveyancers with relevant experience.
