This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading, regional law firm in Maidstone, Kent. The firm hold a strong, prestigious reputation in the market and in this role, you can expect to receive a competitive salary and benefits package.

They are looking to appoint a Solicitor with upwards of two years PQE to join their Trust and Tax Planning Team providing estate administration services and advice on Wills, LPAs and tax planning to our existing and target clients.

Managing a busy caseload, you will deal with a wide range of tax and trust matters to include - lifetime tax planning (to cover Capital Gains, Inheritance and Income Tax advice); advising on existing trusts, to include drafting documents to terminate and vary trusts; the creation of new trusts; death and post death tax planning. The nature of work is generally Medium to High Net Worth, working with an interesting range of clients. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to take on an existing case load of Private Client work and show strong networking and business development skills.
