Due to succession planning, the exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Southend-On-Sea based law firm which has over 100 years market experience.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 7+ years PQE and a solid history dealing with the full range of commercial property transactions, such as buying and selling of businesses, secured lending, acquisition, and the sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
Although the firm have built up a loyal client base which spans generations, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who has a client focused attitude and an interest in business development and marketing activities.
