Job Details
I'm currently recruiting for a couple of defendant clinical negligence roles, with the same Birmingham based client, which is looking to strengthen its team by adding a junior and mid-level Solicitor to its healthcare team.
The team deals with all aspects of healthcare work, from clinical negligence and child law, through to complex healthcare advisory and mental health work. The current requirement is in the medical negligence team to defend litigated clinical negligence claims, often high value and technically complex. As such, you will need to have previous experience, ideally from a defendant perspective in this area of law. As the team works to high standards and service level agreements, experience in working with, and the expectations of, the NHS would also be attractive.
