Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive

Residential Property Fee Earners 
 
This established and reputed client is very busy across both their commercial and residential property teams. 
 
They are now looking to recruit experienced solicitors, legal executives (full and part-qualified) for various projects across 2 Somerset offices; Yeovil & Taunton.
 
Here you will run a caseload of matters to include sales and purchases. The transactions can be complex and your responsibilities will also include advising on; transfers of equity, shared ownership, help to buy schemes, help to buy ISAs, declarations of trust, remortgages, and new builds.
 
As a separate role, for the right person, there may also be the opportunity to assist on a large account, which will need care, attention and nurturing. This will be handling mainly plot sales/new build sales. This role will suit a character who enjoys building long term business relationships with clients and working out often unique and complex issues with innovative solutions. 
 
Residential property solicitors and legal executives with at least 2-3 years experience are encouraged to apply.
