Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Devon – Required Immediately

Venn Group is exclusively handling locum recruitment on behalf of a well-regarded, Devon based Practice. The firm requires a Locum Commercial Property Solicitorto assist their busy Property and Corporate/Commercial departments. The period of the requirement is expected to be 3 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload of Commercial Property lease and transactional matters, including development, plot sales, financing and land acquisition.

The candidate will also be required to assist the corporate/commercial department with corporate transactional work.

To be considered for this attractive locum opportunity, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience practising in Commercial Property law.

The position is due to commence as soon as the ideal candidate can start, offering up to £50 per hour, depending on experience.
