A hugely reputed Legal 100 firm based in Bristol is seeking to appoint a residential development solicitor with at least three years’ experience to join their expanding team.
This UK leading law firm is looking to expand their busy real estate team with the appointment of a Residential Development Solicitor. This successful team is interested in somebody with experience in acting for developers, landowners and dealing with development agreements along with sale agreements, option agreements and overage agreements.
You would be working with an impressive range of clients whilst working closely with the head of the residential development team allowing you to gain more exposure to top quality work. You will have plenty of opportunities from the outset to get involved in business development and networking activities.
This role would suit somebody with at least three years post qualification experience. Our client is interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong commercial and technical expertise.
