Legal 500

My client, a leading Legal 500 practice with various offices in London & the regions, are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for their St. Albans office.

The firm provides a specialist service to their Corporate Clients in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Due to an expansion in the amount of business now coming into this part of the firm, they are now looking to add a Senior Associate to their team. As such the firm are looking for a technically proficient Solicitor within focused Corporate work that work with no supervision or oversight whatsoever and manage their own cases to completion. The firm are also looking for a candidate with polished client relationship and business development skills who can work with Partnership and Marketing teams to generate further business for the firm. The work involves working closely with the Corporate teams Partnership to better tweak and deliver the best service possible. In turn this is a great opportunity to work in a modern law environment that has a strong service ethos and where prospects for career progression as your time at the firm develops, remain a real possibility.

You will come from a top regional or city practice and will ideally have experience in both Corporate and Commercial matters. This role would be suitable for candidates relocating from London who would consider working with a top regional practice.

In return, my client offers excellent remuneration and realistic and transparent progression for the right candidate.

If you are interested please apply as directed.
