Residential Conveyancer/Specialist Advisor - Norwich

I am looking to speak to an experienced conveyancer who would be interested in a specialist role within a law firm in Norwich.

This role will entail handling a caseload of the more complex matters and you will be the point of contact for the transactions that are more technical in nature and require more time to be spent on progressing. It may be that they are more technical in terms of the legal side of things or may simply be that the clients require more personal and direct attention from an experienced lawyer or it may be that other members of the conveyancing team wish to tap into your expertise for a 2nd opinion or advice.

This firm is within one of the largest conveyancing teams in East Anglia. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and the partners have exciting plans for the future in terms of where they are looking to take the firm in terms of expanding into new premises, with the realistic ambition to be one of the leading and most successful property firms in the UK.

Due to the nature of the position it is essential that you are an experienced conveyancer who is technically strong and has the experience to communicate often complex legal matters to clients in a clear and straightforward way. You will enjoy the technical side of conveyancing and also enjoy building up relationships with your clients.

You will have a small caseload to handle as this is not the sort of role whereby you will able or expected to handle large amounts of matters and so it may suit someone who prefers the more technically challenging side of things.

Good chance for a conveyancer looking to move into a specialist role and continue your career with one of the regions strongest teams.

Excellent progression opportunities will be available in this role, including a promotion to head of department over time.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience and this is regularly reviewed in a fair way by the firm who aim to encourage and reward the progression of their staff. So as you develop in your role your salary will increase accordingly.

Please apply ASAP or get in touch for further details.
