Legal 500 ranking practice seeks a Residential Property Lawyer to take on an interesting caseload in the Studley area.

The Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer has now arisen in a progressive department in the Studley area of Warwickshire. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who is comfortable running an existing caseload and building your workload. With a minimum of 2 years PQE, you will undertake duties to include: sales and purchases; freehold and leasehold property transactions; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; submitting and reviewing searches; estate development; help to buy; lease extensions and; obtaining Land Registry documents.

Successful Property Lawyers will demonstrate excellent client care, communicating well both verbal and written. You will also be actively involved in business development and marketing initiatives for the development of the department and firm as a whole. The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
Possess a solid background in Residential Conveyancing work.
Demonstrate excellent client and communication skills.
Able to handle a diverse caseload under minimum supervision; meeting key deadlines.
Proficient in the use of the Land Registry Portal and case management systems.
Willing to participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
IT literate with a detail-oriented approach to your work.
