The Role
This is an opportune time to join a thriving, Legal 500 firm and manage your own rewarding caseload of childcare matters. Applications for the role of Childcare Solicitor are encouraged from dedicated Solicitors with Children Panel membership. Your duties will be varied and may involve: attending Public Law Outline (PLO) meetings; care proceedings; conducting your own advocacy and; child protection conferences. The Candidate
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have at least 3-5 Years PQE, but applicants with more experience will also be considered.
Solid experience in childcare matters gained from a reputable firm is essential.
It will be advantageous to possess Children Panel membership.
Excellent communication skills with clients and professionals is also essential.
You will be technically adept.
It’s important you are proactive in your approach.
