My client is currently seeking a dynamic, committed and highly driven Mental Health Panel Member who has experience in assisting clients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.
The main responsibilities of the role will include Assisting with casework in Mental Health Law Attending clients, taking instructions and preparing cases and appeals. It is likely that you will have to carry out some of your own advocacy.
This is a demanding but very rewarding role and the successful applicant must demonstrate proven Legal experience as a Mental Health Solicitor, clear understanding and application of Mental Health Law and must be registered with the Law Society on the Mental Health Panel.
You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the company and generate new business. This is a very hands on role and as such the majority of your time will be field based where you will offering the very best level of support and advise to very vulnerable clients.
