A renowned Legal 500 listed full service national law firm is keen to appoint an Administrative Law/Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor to be based at the firms' City of London office and join the practices' nationally recognised Team.

The firm offers the full spectrum of legal services within the commercial, public, health, education and insurance sectors and has a headcount nearing 500 people with offices based throughout the country. Many of its lawyers are highly ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500 and the firm acts for some notable clients on matters that often receive public attention.

The team primarily deals with judicial review, information law and regulatory matters and the successful candidate will need to have solid experience to include working for the public sector (including NDPB's, local and central Government and/or regulatory authorities) advising on statutory and administrative law obligations, vires and regulatory issues, with experience of conducting or defending judicial reviews preferable, litigation including drafting and consideration of pre-action correspondence and pleadings, liaison with Counsel and Court staff and preparation of trial bundles, knowledge of information law, including data protection/GDPR, freedom of information and the environmental information regulations as well as transactional work.
