Company Secretarial Administration Assistant

My client is an independent provider of outsourced corporate services with offices in Europe and beyond and now they have a great opportunity for a Company Secretarial Administrator to join their team of four. 
 
This role could ideally be seen as a second or third step Company Secretarial position especially if you have come from a professional services environment and have at least two years' relevant experience. 
 
In this role, you'll be involved in tasks such as:
  • entity incorporation, dissolution and administration of companies in various jurisdictions
  • drafting of board and shareholder resolutions
  • liaising with professional advisors
  • dealing with appointments/resignations of directors
  • maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries
  • filing statutory forms (such as Confirmation Statements)
