Job Details
A long established, well-known and respected practice in Greater Manchester are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (likely 1-4yrs PQE, although NQ's with relevant commercial property experience also considered).
This multi-accredited firm has been an essential part of the local community for more than a century and believes in continuing to make a positive impact. The firm encourage training and development and promote from within.
Working in support of a Partner, your role as Commercial Property Solicitor will be to manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold, landlord and tenant, disposal of commercial premises, auction transactions and compulsory purchases.
If it suits the successful candidate, the role could also involve some corporate work on behalf of the firms commercial clients.
You must be a qualified Solicitor (NQ-4yrs) and be experienced in handling commercial property matters. In addition, you will have excellent client care skills and be able to work in a collaborative environment.
