Dynamic and hard-working A-level or degree level graduates are wanted for fantastic recruitment opportunities in the Manchester based office of Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. Applications are invited from sales minded, service driven candidates who are attracted by the opportunity to maximise earnings and develop professionally and personally in a dynamic and we've got to say, pretty cool working environment. Starting salary will be £20,000 to £26,000 with great bonus and benefits.

Douglas Scott are multi-award winning, legal recruitment experts and have been making things happen in the legal sector for nearly 15 years. We act for legal professionals of all levels making lateral moves and taking steps up the ladder. And we also work with hirers looking to bring the best people into their organisations. Our business - put simply - is to remove the pain points people can experience on those journeys.

The successful candidate will join our busy but friendly team based at Number 1 Spinningfields in the heart of Manchester's business district. Trainee Recruitment Consultants will benefit from our structured 6 month training programme from which they will emerge recruitment ready. 12 months into their new recruitment careers with Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment our consultants are earning £26,000 per annum plus £1,000 bonus a month. Ongoing support, internal and external training and development will create the perfect environment for rapid progression and a massive uplift in basic and earning potential.

Applications are invited from talented and driven graduates who can cut the mustard in an ambitious and dynamic professional services environment. Previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience, blue chip graduate trainee programme, would all be advantageous. You will fit in if you can manage your time effectively, are motivated to achieve targets without compromising on service and, we can do quirky and edgy but all in all you should consider yourself to be a pretty mindful kind of guy or girl.

Douglas Scott's employer proposition is unrivalled. "We don't want your lives but we want your souls," is what we say around here. We offer a market leading salary and commission structure, benefits include 25 days holiday as standard with the opportunity to generate 16 more per annum through performance and attendance. Nobody in recruitment does work-life balance like us. Our 37 hour working week is split over 9 to 5.30 Monday to Thursday with an early finish Friday and our employees are also benefitting from flexi-time. Our social calendar is stacked but you can pick 'n mix. Quiz nights, 5 aside every Thursday, Women who Lunch, Top Billers afternoon out, AGM and much more. Best views in town from our modern new offices, table tennis, large dining and event space.

We believe it's a fantastic opportunity to succeed in a challenging and rewarding new career but you shouldn't just take our word for it.
