This top tier Legal 500 commercial law firm are seeking a highly experienced qualified conveyancer to work on complex residential property transactions whilst supervising and coaching junior fee earners.

The role is to deal with a caseload of 120 matters of high value properties (£500,000+) on both a local and national scale including freehold & leasehold properties, right to buy, staircasing, new builds, sales, purchases, shared ownership and help to buy matters. You will have both Paralegal & Secretarial assistance as well as a heavily invested IT system that will give you the chance to deal with online matters as efficiently as possible.

Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You must have a Legal 500 background and need to have 8 years' PQE at the very least as you will be servicing HNW clients and be reporting to the Department Manager & Senior Partners.

Based in central Manchester and within easy access of public transport this is an ideal option for a solicitor in the North West who is looking for an opportunity at a Top 100 firm and to deal with complex work.

Salary for this is circa £40k - £50k with a tremendous benefits package and bonus scheme also in place.
