THE COMPANY:
A dynamic and well-funded start up with ambitious plans for growth and expansion which are already coming to fruition, based in the heart of London's West End.THE ROLE:The Head of Legal is extremely busy with corporate work and is now looking for a corporate assistant to come in at paralegal legal for an initial six-month contract.
ABOUT YOU:Candidates should have a 2.1 or above along with corporate transactional experience, including share purchase agreements, finance agreements and company secretarial experience in terms of familiarity of drafting minutes and resolution and company registration forms.The successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running as the team is very busy.While this is a contract role, there is a chance that it could be extended or become permanent.
