The role will be joining a friendly team and you will be running a full caseload of residential transactions of mixed value, relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties including specialist transactions and new builds.
This is a great opportunity for a part or qualified Conveyancer seeking a busy office where you will run files at every stage of the process with a large degree of autonomy.
Ideally, you will be able to run files at every stage of the process and enjoy working with clients and playing a part in the departments overall business development and marketing strategy.
