Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planning and Highways Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority. The Planning and Highways Lawyer role is based in Birmingham, providing good transport links.

The successful candidate for the Planning and Highways Lawyer role will be joining a supportive legal team, dealing with a wide range of planning matters. Alongside managing a busy caseload, you will also be providing:

  • General planning advice
  • Enforcement matters policy work
  • Rights of way issues
  • Parking Regulations
  • Drafting S106 S38 and 278 matters
  • Attending planning committees

The ideal candidate for the Planning and Highways Lawyer role will have a solid planning background, either from a private practice or public sector organisation.

Our client is offering full time or part time workings hours on a 3-6 Month basis. Working within a stable team of 4 people, being part of a wider Planning and Property Team of approximately 20 people.
