Job Details
A well established firm is expanding its Corporate Commercial team and is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor of over 3 years PQE to join its busy practice in Ashford, Kent.
This firm has a rich heritage having been established for over 100 years and have a very loyal client base and strong presence in local areas in which they practice.They offer great prospects of progression and a supportive working environment.
The Commercial Property department covers a wide range of work including Commercial leases, Property Development, Commercial Conveyancing, Buy to Lets and Retail work. Clients range from developers, to commercial landlords and tenants, banks an financial institutions.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years PQE in Commercial Property. However, our client is also willing to consider Residential Property candidates with some Commercial experience. You will be working in a collegiate and friendly team at their office in Ashford.
