We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a great public sector organisation. The Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer role will be based in the Cheshire area.

The Commercial Contracts Lawyer role is offering the great opportunity to join a small friendly team on an initial 3 month basis, with a strong possibility for extension.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running on a range of contracts matters, including:

  • Negotiating, advising, reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Providing procurement advice
  • Infrastructure contracts (desirable)
  • ICT contracts (desirable)
  • Education contracts

We are ideally looking for a candidate that has local government experience, however candidates from a private sector background are encouraged to apply.
