The Role
An excellent vacancy has arisen for an ambitious and compassionate Crime Paralegal looking to advance their career, joining a busy and demanding department. This is a fantastic progressive role covering a varied work load incorporating a wide range of criminal cases and involvement with vulnerable persons and youth. The Crime Paralegal will be prepared to work unsociable hours, in return, the paralegal can expect exposure to high quality work and the chance to advance their career within a leading practice in this field.  Duties may include dealing with investigations; drafting briefs and witness statements; legal research; diary management; preparing bundles and; liaison with external professionals.  Additionally, the Paralegal must be enthusiastic to travel within London, possibly taking on other duties to include preparing statements, typing, file management, instructing Counsel and liaising with clients.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Paralegals with previous working experience within a criminal defence practice;
It is desirable that the successful Candidate has an outstanding academic back ground;
Candidates will have completed the Legal Practice Course and be willing to train as a solicitor and gain your duty accreditation;
Ideally, you will hold a Police station accreditation or have a wiliness to acquire this;
Possessing outstanding technical and organisational skills with a dedicated and professional approach;
