The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Family Solicitor for a specialist team in Aylesbury. With solid experience in all aspects of private and publicly funded matters, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied and complex caseload with minimal supervision. Areas may include: divorce; separation; cohabitation agreements; domestic abuse and injunctions; financial relief; child care proceedings; pre-nuptial agreements and; private Children Act matters. In addition, the successful Solicitor will play an active role in business development, building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
Is technically proficient with solid experience in private and publicly funded family matters;
Excellent communication and client care skills will be essential;
Possess the ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy;
Have the ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative where necessary;
Be pro-active, personable and detail orientated;
Has a desire for professional development.
