Our leading international client has a fantastic national team of disputes lawyers with a strong, proven track record in providing litigation, arbitration, mediation and specialist disputes advice. The team is undoubtedly a leader in this field. They have an impressive list of FTSE 250 clients and have a truly diverse mix of high quality work. They are currently seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join their highly successful team in Bristol.

Your new role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for a varied caseload in commercial disputes ranging from large multi-million pound multi-discipline claims, wider commercial litigation work focusing on breach of contract, breach of director duties and equality and providing pre-litigation strategy advice. You will be working for some of the top insurers and energy companies in the UK as well as financial institutions, retail and manufacturing companies. You will play a key part in the large high value cases in addition to mentoring junior members of the team and supervising their technical work.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced litigator, used to taking the lead on significant disputes, while assisting larger teams with large scale matters. You will be ambitious and looking for the opportunity to join a leading practice with headroom for progression and the opportunity to take a lead across your own matters. You will have worked for a City or leading regional firm and have a proactive attitude to work and a keenness to develop client relationships.
