With their Employment Practice currently enjoying double digit growth, they are keen to grow their Bristol based Employment team with a number of Employment Solicitors.

Your new role

You will be joining an established and highly regarded Employment Team that enjoys a broad spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious work for both the public and private sectors. This will range from handling strategic advisory work, to being involved with cases in the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the Court of Appeal and with multi-jurisdictional claims. You will be adept at both handling your own caseload and assisting on larger team and cross-office matters.

What you'll need to succeed

The team are keen to speak to both newly qualified and experienced Employment lawyers who are keen to join a rapidly growing and busy practice. You will be confident in managing your own work and under supervision from more senior fee earners. You will ideally have experience of handling both tribunal claims and non-contentious matters including support on corporate transactions and general advisory work. You will ideally have enjoyed exposure to clients in both the public and private sectors, though this team are open to exploring applicants from varied backgrounds. What will be crucial are strong academics, a track record of working for a leading employment team, and a passion for employment law.
