Our Top Tier Bristol client is currently looking for a Corporate Tax lawyer to join their highly regarded tax team in Bristol.

This fantastic team have an exceptional reputation in the market and you will play an active role in developing the practice further. You will be tasked with undertaking business development initiatives for existing and potential clients and actively cross-selling practices.

Your new role
Your remit will include providing advice on a range of Corporate Tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring and demergers, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and HNWIs regarding tax efficient business and investment structures (both start up and exit planning), amongst others. The firm place a high value on training and development and the role provides excellent opportunities to use a wide-range of skills and experience.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a stellar candidate with strong academics and have trained at a leading City or regional practice. An ability to give succinct legal and tax advice in an efficient manner whilst understanding (and anticipating) the commercial needs and objectives of the client would be advantageous, as would a commitment to business development. You will ideally be 3-7 PQE, however candidates with more or less experience are also encouraged to apply.
