Job Details
This award winning legal 500 firm based in the heart of the City of London are currently seeking a Data Protection Solicitor to join the team.
This is a key role within the department and focuses on the delivery of data projects for clients, advising on data and privacy, compliance and GDPR implementation, work will include negotiating and drafting and some wider IT matters though the focus of the role is data protection and privacy.
Naturally the London-based role will also include an element of assisting in winning new work from clients.
It is essential to have prior hands on experience advising on data protection projects, GDPR, data transfer, privacy notices and advising on marketing issues.
The successful candidate is likely to have 3 years or more experience in the field, be a self starter, strong technically and enjoy working as part of multi-discipline teams for a diverse range of clients.
