Childcare Solicitor required to join a great local authority in Bedfordshire for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be assisting the provision of an efficient legal service to the Council, its executive, committees and to departments. You will also be responsible for a personal caseload including providing legal advice in relation to childcare matters.

The successful candidate for the Childcare Solicitor role would be a fully enrolled Solicitor or Barrister and also demonstrate:
- Experience of advocacy
- Ability to prioritise broad caseload
- Knowledge and understanding of English Law and legislation with comprehensive knowledge of Childcare Law
Experience of working within a local authority is desirable, however candidates from private sector will be strongly considered.
