Salary £32,644 to £44,225 (dependent upon experience)
Located in Huntingdon (with travel between branch offices as required)

LGSS Law Ltd is an innovative social enterprise law firm providing legal services to the public and not for profit sector. We have grown significantly in recent years and in addition to our head office in Huntingdon, we have branch offices, in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We pride ourselves on giving high quality, comprehensive and affordable advice to our many clients, who include local authorities, health bodies, charities, schools and housing associations across the region.

With over 150 staff spread across 4 offices and plans for further expansion in 2018 it is essential that all staff are working efficiently and effectively both in the office and remotely. To ensure this we are recruiting for a Deputy Practice Manager to join our Operations Team. The post will be reporting to the Practice Manager, supporting them with all day to day activities and longer term projects to develop and maintain the back office systems and processes which provide the operational platform for the Practice.

Other key responsibilities include:-

• Leading on the development and implementation of the company’s Marketing Strategy.

• Overseeing preparation of the all Board and Shareholders meetings and supervising the production of all documentation/reports for that meeting.

• Assisting in the updating of the Office Manual and the annual Lexcel Quality audit.

• To be actively involved in major projects with the Practice Manager that include future expansion plans.

• To project manage special projects within the operations area and attend project meetings.
