My client is a well known respected regional firm in the Midlands and Residential conveyancing is one of their key areas.
The firm are looking to appoint a qualified solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 2 years experience to handle a busy caseload and offer a highly professional service to the client base.
The caseload is both substantial and varied which includes high net worth individuals, local conveyancing, volume apartment acquisitions and small estate developments.
The team handles traditional sales and purchase work and there is support available at all levels for you, career paths are available too and people can progress through the firm. On offer is a highly competitive salary based upon experience and there are others perks and benefits such as on site parking.
