The Role

We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and client-focused Legal Secretary to join our clients’ flourishing Private Client department in Surrey on a part time basis. Providing support to fee earners within the team, the successful Legal Secretary will undertake a range of duties to include: Wills, Probate, LPA’s and Taxation. Candidates must have an aptitude for learning and be organised and driven.

The Candidate

Applications are welcome from Legal Secretaries with a minimum of two years’ experience gained within a reputable Private Client department.

This position is suited to an individual with excellent IT skills with a fast and accurate typing speed.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and be a team player with excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
