Real Estate Solicitor - Part Time/Reduced Working Pattern

A niche boutique commercial property practice is continuing to enjoy a substantial increase in quality instructions and so now wishes to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to its established and growing team in what is arguably a very unique proposition.

This firm is different as the practice deals solely with real estate matters. It is a specialist operation based on the outskirts of Coventry and is led by its two founding partners who pride themselves on taking a very different approach to servicing clients compared to those adopted by more mainstream national and regional firms.

The practice wishes to hear from an experienced commercial property solicitor with anything from 4 years' PQE upwards and who has experience of dealing with a broad remit of commercial property work to include commercial development, acquisitions and disposals, development work, site assembly and general landlord and tenant work.

This role is unique in that the firm does is not operate a KPI driven environment so there are no chargeable hours or financial targets to meet. What is also different is that the firm has a flat structure so there is no hierarchy and so no Associate, Senior Associate or Salaried Partner titles. Further, this firm prides itself on providing a top-quality client service and visiting the actual development sites throughout the construction process is at the heart of this, meaning that this opportunity will provide a significant amount of time out of the office to undertake face to face client meetings whilst also seeing the development you've invested time in take shape.

The practice is also open to the post holder enjoying part time hours and the firm is quite amenable to discussing a working pattern that would suit all parties, which is not something that is usually offered as a matter of course within the real estate sector.

The role is based modern offices and you will form part of a small, close knit team and work in a very relaxed, non-corporate atmosphere. The firm is a world away from "big law" without any compromise on service standards and quality of work. You will also receive a very competitive salary and benefits package whilst having the luxury of working in a very entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

If you're looking for a real estate role that can offer something a bit different from the norm then this position is well worth exploring so for more information on this Commercial Property Solicitor role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
