Errington Legal are currently recruiting for a candidate with at least 2 years experience in personal tax and trust administration, to join our clients private wealth team in Ipswich. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of accounts practices, and a good working knowledge of Inheritance Tax.
Tasks will include:
Producing basic trust accounts and personal tax returns
Completing tax returns and calculating the tax due for a variety of different types of trust.
Completing R185 tax certificates and IHT accounts,
General administration of trusts, involving correspondence and telephone liaison with trustees, investment managers, letting agents, beneficiaries and of course HMRC.
Completing tax returns and preparation of R185's for beneficiaries of estates.
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded and supportive team, offering clear progression opportunities. STEP or ATT, or ATII or equivellent qualification is desirable, but not essential
