The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their heavy hitting Commercial office in Crawley, West Sussex.

This huge, flourishing Commercial department regularly deal with high level work internationally and nationally, dealing with high end contracts, corporate/commercial advice, procurement, outsourcing, collaboration and joint ventures, organizational structures and duties.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the highest billing Solicitors and Partners in the industry, alongside friendly teams with a great work life balance and retention rates that are second to none. You will deal with a wide range of commercial work to involve drafting, review and negotiate trading agreements, together with supply, purchase and manufacturing agreements including joint ventures and outsourcing, provide advice on IT agreements, licences and SLA's both for developers and purchasers, act for a wide range of clients, support the firm in BD.
