Job Details
Established law firm seeks a Conveyancing Assistant to join their conveyancing team in the Leeds office. You will work as part of a team and support an experienced Conveyancer in everyday tasks using case management systems.
Duties will include; dealing with general queries, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing various letters, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents.
You will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal,
- Good communication skills,
- The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise a busy workload,
- A working knowledge of Proclaim or other case management system is desirable but not essential.
Competitive salary package including flexi time.
