Owing to sustained success, the firm is now expanding its team and hiring a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor for its office in Exeter, Devon.

The Role
With Partner potential from the outset, this is an exciting opportunity for a senior Solicitor to undertake work surrounding commercial litigation matters. Your duties will be varied and may include the following specific areas: terms of trade; business regulation; media agency, distribution and franchise; intellectual property and; technology contracts. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Partners with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation matters.
Ideally, you will possess excellent business development skills with experience of growing the business of a reputable firm.

Taking a proactive approach, you will be organised and skilled in meeting deadlines.
Professional development will be integral to your work ethic.
