The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join a busy department in Manchester. With strong knowledge of this field, the successful Fee Earner will be able to handle their workload to meet tight deadlines and show an empathetic approach towards their clients at all times. Matters will include: delayed diagnosis; birthing injuries; dental; fractures; inappropriate treatments; misdiagnosis; negotiating settlements and; claims for minors. The successful Clinical Negligence Fee Earner will communicate in a clear and concise manner and actively participate in business development initiatives, building long-lasting client and professional relationships. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and would suite a pro-active Fee Earner with a passion for this field.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Fee-Earning Paralegals or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE;
Technically proficient and possess solid knowledge in Clinical Negligence matters;
Strong Negotiation skills and previous experience in supervising a team is desirable;
Client focused and consider attention to detail one of your key strengths;
Handle a diverse caseload, working well to meet tight deadlines;
Be able to work well within a team and on your own initiative;
Possess a flair for business development.
