Regulatory and Transport Solicitor

A leading Legal 500 Regulatory department is recruiting for a senior fee earner within its South East based team.

The team is a Regulatory, Transport and Criminal law department providing national coverage to individuals and businesses on a privately funded basis.

You will be an experienced Solicitor, ideally with a network of contacts, who will join small and successful including a senior partner who heads the department. The Buckinghamshire-based position will be a mixed role, covering a broad range of regulatory, transportation, operators licences, local authority work, trading standards and business compliance matters.

Ideally you will have at least 4 years PQE with a specialism in work of this nature, and strong reputation for high value, high quality work. The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving licence and must be willing to travel across the South East of England as and when necessary.
