Residential Conveyancer - Home Based- Devon area

One of the country's largest providers of residential conveyancing services is continuing its expansion following on from an extremely successful 2016 and so is keen to appoint an experienced residential property lawyer to its growing team. Significantly, this role can be entirely home based, with only very occasional trips to visit a local office and meet clients face-to-face.

This award winning firm is a multi-sited national practice that undertakes a huge amount of instructions from an extremely broad client base. As a consequence of growth, the practice is seeking an experienced residential property lawyer to join its team to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience of dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters and will be proficient in dealing with complex transactions from inception through to completion. Whilst the firm has a preference for those who are qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or a licensed conveyancer, the practice is still eager to hear from experienced residential property fee earners who can demonstrate the requisite experience.

Where this role differs to others is the ability for you to be completely home based and also have some degree of flexibility with your working pattern. You will work remotely, via equipment provided by the firm, but will still form part of a dedicated, specialist team and you will have the opportunity to attend the firms' offices to make sure that you feel fully integrated with your peers. You will also have the benefit of direct support from the practice to ensure that you are able to perform your duties seamlessly.

In addition, a competitive salary is on offer and the benefits package is very good and includes participation in the bonus scheme, life insurance, private medical insurance, childcare vouchers and much more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential property lawyer who is craving a genuine work/life balance and who is looking for a role that will fit around other commitments. It will also negate the need for a commute of any kind!
