Probate Administration, Trust Work & Legacy Law Graduate with a genuine interest in the Charity Sector

Your new company
The RSPCA is well know for their work in animal protection and this role is crucial to the ongoing success of the Charity. Working in a team of 7, you will case manage several hundred cases dealing with all levels of administration which can sometimes include contentious actions.

Your new role
The role is hugely varied and one of great responsibility - you will use your legal experience to influence and progress estates and income receipt via legacies and trusts. You will liaise across the organisation assessing and identifying assets and negotiating with internal & external stakeholders to the greater aim of the charity.

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a driven individual who has a genuine interest in working in the Charities sector - you will have a background in Law - this can come from a variety of backgrounds including in house or private practice. Importantly, you will have some experience of Probate Law & Trust Administration.
