Childcare Legal Executive
Childcare Legal Executive required to join a local authority based in Sussex for an initial 6 month term beginning in April.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a local authority in an excellent location.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified legal executive (or equivalent), with a real passion for public childcare law. Previous local authority would be desirable although not at all essential, as training can be provided.
The successful Legal Executive will manage a busy workload of Childcare matters. These will include;
- Care proceedings
- Care orders
- Supervision orders
You will advise on all areas of care proceedings, attend legal planning meetings, and advocate in court where required.
The office is commutable via public transport, with great transport links from London. It is located in a picturesque part of the country.
