An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a well-respected public sector organisation based in an accessible part of the East Midlands.

The Employment Lawyer role will involve a caseload of employment law matters ranging from:

  • Employment proceedings in courts, appeals and tribunals
  • Providing advice to HR clients on applying policies and procedures

The successful Employment Lawyer will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent. Previous public sector experience is highly desirable, however applications are encouraged from candidates with employment law experience gained within a different sector.

This position is for an initial period of 3 months, with a high possibility of being extended. Part-time or full-time hours will be considered.
