Newly-Qualified Employment Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in Essex for an initial 6 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly-qualified or junior lawyer to join a forward-thinking organisation.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, which will include;
- Discrimination claims and unfair dismissal
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Settlement agreements
- Data protection issues
- Some tribunal matters, including complex work
