Paralegal required to join a great local authority focusing mainly on Litigation. This role is based in Northamptonshire for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be assisting lawyers to provide a professional legal service to both public sector and not for profit clients. Some responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Carrying out research
- Preparing applications
- Instructing expert witnesses
- Liaising with witnesses
- Providing advice and representation in courts or tribunals
- Drafting correspondence
This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a well-known local authority, while taking on a role which focusses on interesting matters such as:

The ideal Litigation Paralegal will have previous experience of working within a local authority, however this is not essential.
