Conveyancing Fee Earner

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a very well-known firm based on the Wirral. The firm have a very strong presence across the Merseyside and Cheshire area and due to a successful 2017, an additional fee earner is required. You will be handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion and there will be an assistant who you can delegate work to.

Following recent success within the department and an increase of instructions, a qualified fee earner is required to handle a caseload. As the department grows over the next 12 months, opportunities will arise for you to step up and take on increased responsibility either into a managerial position handling a team, or become a senior fee earner with an increased caseload and 2 assistants.

The work is already generated so you can hit the ground running - there was a heavy focus in 2017 to grow the conveyancing department and amount of instructions received, which has certainly been achieved.

The firm receive a lot of repeat business and recommendations from the local surrounding area and introducers. This role is suited to someone who is looking for a stable firm to progress their career within and develop your knowledge further, with the added option of progression after 12 months fee earning.
