-In a relaxed, open plan layout set in a converted barn with its own parking and beautiful green parkland adjacent, the firm offers an exceptional atmosphere in which to work and be part of the team. The regional Suffolk office handles Property, Commercial, Family and Private Client matters, while the London office specialises in Media Law and Defamation.

-Their Commercial Property department has a wide range of clients ranging from sole traders, to PLC and UHNW clients and is looking for a solicitor for the Suffolk office to continue its growth and expansion.

The Role:

Excellent drafting, technical and negotiation skills are crucial, together with the ability to deliver a strongly client-focused service giving clear, timely and practical legal advice.

The Candidate:

Candidates must be well organised, able to cope well under pressure and be used to dealing with a full and varied case load. They must also have a strong emphasis on client care. The candidate will ideally have sound experience of working across all areas of property law, including all aspects of landlord and tenant, commercial leases, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

-A team player with a client-focussed approach, able to demonstrate enthusiasm for business development and networking. A strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
