Legal Receptionist.
 
A well-established law firm based in the centre of Birmingham is now looking to recruit an experienced legal receptionist to join their front of house department on a full time, permanent basis. You will join a friendly and down to earth law firm and you will work from state of the art offices. 
 
Your key duties for this receptionist position will include:
  • Taking incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department 
  • Liaising with clients and fee earners
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are up to scratch and ready for use
  • Undertaking key administration
  • Providing an efficient service at all times
In order to be considered for this legal receptionist position based in central Birmingham, you must have recent and previous experience working as a legal receptionist, have a polite and excellent telephone manner, be willing to go the extra mile for the firm, along with being highly organised.
