In-house Real Estate Lawyer - Maternity Leave

Rare opportunity for a lawyer with solid experience in commercial property to join a well known business based in North Leeds.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, and as part of a wider legal team you will responsible for a variety of property and development matters across the UK. You will provide assistance on all aspects of property acquisitions, disposals, property management, leasehold portfolios and other ad hoc legal work.

To be considered for the role, you will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in real estate and in particular development work, gained at a Top 100 law firm or an in-house legal team.

On offer is an attractive salary, a strong benefits package and flexible working. As this is a contract, you must be either immediately available or on a short notice period.
