Commercial Solicitor

A Commercial Associate is sought for a leading commercial law firm based in a the Reading office. Quality work, career development opportunities and a work life balance is offered.

To augment the existing team, a commercial solicitor is required to join at associate level to work alongside lead and recognised partners on deals ranging from straight forward agreements to complex multi-party projects often with an international dimension.

Advice covers all kinds of commercial agreements which includes (but is not limited to) purchase, supply, partnering, agency and distribution, franchise, logistics and warehousing, facilities and management arrangements, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

You will be a commercial associate with experience of high value commercial contracts. Our client is always open to those seeking relocation whether from the City or other regional centre and prides itself on the quality of work, support and progression it can offer.

Whilst the quality of experience is the key factor it is likely that you will have in the region of around 2-6 years commercial contracts PQE. Excellent salary and benefits on offer.
